Before you ask
Depends what we're building. A website on its own usually lands somewhere around 8-12 weeks. Bring branding into the mix too, and you're looking at more like 4-6 months from first call to fully launched. If your timeline's tighter than that, tell us anyway, there's usually a way to phase things so you're not waiting on everything at once.
A logo refresh is a very different job to a full brand-to-website build, so the honest answer is: tell us what you need, and we'll tell you where you land.
We'll always try. We'd rather have an honest conversation about what's realistic than promise you the moon and deliver something rushed. Sometimes tight means we focus on what matters most first and build out from there, so you're never left with nothing on launch day.
Yes, and honestly we'd rather you didn't disappear the day your site goes live. Whether that's small tweaks, updates, or just someone to call when something looks off, we stick around. Your brand keeps evolving, so it makes sense that we do too.
We'd rather hear "actually, can we change this" than have you sit quietly unhappy with something. Feedback is part of the process, not a disruption to it, so we build in room for it at every stage rather than just at the very end.
